Liverpool are considering a £53.5million move for Sporting Lisbon winger Gelson Martins, according to reports.

Portuguese news outlet A Bola claim the Reds have identified the 22-year-old as a top target.

Juventus are also said to have joined them in the race for his signature after playing against Martins’ Sporting in the Champions League last month.

Salah came off the bench last night at the bet365 Stadium to score twice and see Liverpool comfortably take three points.

Jurgen Klopp was relieved his star man got them over the line once again.

He said: “Thank God for Salah! It was a hard work but that’s no surprise at Stoke. But two fantastic goals and brilliant play especially for the second goal.”

But Klopp was keen to keep Salah grounded after he scored in the 1-1 draw against former club Chelsea.

He said: “No-one is unplayable.
