Leeds fan gives his baseball cap to keeper Felix Wiedwald after struggling to see in the sun

A Leeds fan offered his cap to goalkeeper Felix Wiedwald after appearing to become unsighted with the sun in his eyes

Footballers know that whatever happens, the fans will always be on their side.

But Leeds goalie Felix Wiedwald benefited from fans in a bigger way than usual after a supporter kindly gave him his baseball cap after the keeper appeared to be struggling with the Yorkshire sun.

The 27-year-old German stopper might not have expected to have the blazing sun in his eyes for the Yorkshire derby as Leeds took on Barnsley, but the offer was greatly received by the keeper 20 minutes into the match.
