You’d think the Premier League’s worst defence would be one to avoid for Juventus and Napoli scouts.
But that hasn’t stopped reports in Italy linking one West Ham player with a move to Serie A in January.
Nope, it’s not Mark Noble. Sorry Mark.
Arise, King Arthur.
Despite not holding down a regular first-team spot for The Hammers left-back Arthur Musuaku is a target for Napoli and Juventus, according to Calcio Napoli.
The report claims Masuaku’s agent confirmed interest from the two Serie A giants, along with Genoa and AC Milan.
The 24-year-old has played six times for West Ham this season, but only two of those have come as starts.
He’s been competing with Aaron Cresswell, who’s started nine games, but both left-backs will now have to impress new boss David Moyes.
So why would Napoli, who are currently top of Serie A, be after a player who can’t get into the Premier League’s worst defence?
Napoli lost first-choice left-back Faouzi Ghoulam to a cruciate knee ligament injury that could rule the Algeria international out for the season.
So Maurizio Sarri needs an alternative to compete with Mario Rui, who is currently his only fit left-back.
Will Moyseh play ball though?
