The teenage midfielder was part of the victorious England Under-17s team crowned world champs in India last month.
His progress at Molineux has sparked interest from Tottenham and Arsenal too, with clubs expecting him to make the step up to the Premier League.
Gibbs-White’s contract expires at the end of next season, in 2019, and clubs are aware he could be tempted by a move.
He made his debut in January against Stoke in the League Cup and has also played in the Championship.
Most of Gibbs-White’s team-mates from the U17s were based at the top clubs – and the youngster looks poised to make the step up.
He has been at Wolves since he was eight and can also play up front as well as an attacking midfielder.
