We can’t help but love Harry Kane.
The ‘one-season wonder’ has notched an impressive 17 goals in all competitions this season, as he sets his sights on a third consecutive Premier League Golden Boot award.
But despite all of the goals he’s scored recently, he was no where near winning the Puskas Award for his efforts in last night’s FIFA ‘the Best’ awards.
Instead, it was Arsenal’s Olivier Giroud who picked up the coveted award for his breath-taking ‘scorpion kick’ goal against Crystal Palace back in January.

Asked who he thought should win the award, Kane told FIFATV: “I think it has to be the goalkeeper with the overhead kick.
“It was an incredible goal and the celebration matched it as well.”
And the Spurs man responded brilliantly when asked if he would ever win the award.
He said: “Hopefully, that’s the aim.
“I normally score tap-ins inside the box so maybe not on that list, but we’ll see what happens.”
They all count, Harry. They all count.
