Oh to be a Gooner.
Arsenal went peak Arsenal on Saturday evening by conceding a late winner against Watford to lose 2-1, meaning the Wenger Out bus is out of its garage once again and ready to roll.
The Hornets scored a penalty through Troy Deeney before Tom Cleverley’s last gasp winner to take all three points at Vicarage Road, but it was all eyes on the soft Gunners after the match.
And it was Deeney who hit the nail on the head, after he appeared in the BT Sport studio to give his thoughts on the game.
Not being content with just the win, the striker didn’t hold back as he skewered the soft touch we all know Arsenal have become.
Watch the clip below:
Deeney said: “I’ve heard Wenger saying that [the penalty decision] is the reason why they lost.
“I’m not gonna be one to tell Mr Wenger about himself but there’s a reason why they lost and it’s not one penalty.
“They needed some cojones. Whenever I play Arsenal I go up and think ‘let me whack the first one and see who wants it.

“I come on today, jumped up against Mertesacker, nodded it down, the crowd gets up, and they all backed off.
“So for me as a player I think, happy days, because that’s my strength, I know I’m going to have a good afternoon.
“I just think personally… that if you want to fight with me I’m going to win all day.”
Well said Troy.
The win moved Watford up to fifth in the Premier League table, while Arsenal dropped to sixth.
