Things are going pretty well for Belgium at the moment.
The relatively small nation boasts one of the best teams (on paper, at least) in the world right now, with manager Roberto Martinez able to call upon the likes of Thibaut Courtois, Jan Vertonghen, Kevin De Bruyne and Dries Mertens to his side.
With such a talented group, few were surprised when the Red Devils steamrolled their way into next summer’s World Cup, becoming the first European team to do so.
So having secured their place in Russia with games to spare, many of us assumed Martinez would allow some of his star names to miss the final few qualifying games, with nothing but pride to play for.
Manchester United were especially hoping striker Romelu Lukaku would stay behind after suffering an ankle knock, while Marouane Fellaini is set for a spell on the sidelines after he injured his knee playing for the national side.
And it seems one fan has even gone as far as calling Martinez in the middle of the night asking the Spaniard to keep Lukaku out of his squad.
Who could it be?
With Lukaku and Fellaini out of the side, Belgium served up an nail-biting clash against Bosnia and Herzegovina on Saturday, with the Red Devils emerging 4-3 winners.
Thomas Meunier, Michy Batshuayi, Vertonghen and Yannick Carrasco were all on the score-sheet, showing that the manager still opted for a relatively strong line-up.
But at least that mysterious midnight rambler will be happy.
