The name’s Lacazette. Agent Lacazette.

Well, not actually a secret plan, because he’s gone ahead and told Match of the Day magazine.

Lacazette, who is best friends with the Atletico Madrid forward, said he’d be doing everything he could to get Griezmann to sign on the dotted line.
“Yeah, we are very good friends and have lots of fun,” Lacazette said.
“Our nicknames for each other are Griezzy and Lacaz. If Griezzy visits me in London, I’m going to ask him to sign for Arsenal!”
Now, before you all go and rush off to watch Arsenal Fan TV, we should point out that ‘Lacaz’ was clearly having a bit of a joke.
Either that or he’s flagrantly ignoring the rules on tapping up players.
But you wouldn’t really blame him for wanting to reunite with his best pal, especially when you look at Griezzy’s form over the past 18 months.
Griezmann has four goals in nine appearances for club and country this season, although he was dismissed in Atletico’s opening game, against Girona.
Atletico manager Diego Simeone has often gone with a front two of Griezmann and Angel Correa, with Yannich Carrasco and Koke out wide.
But Diego Costa’s arrival could give hope to the rather large chasing pack all looking to sign Griezmann.
Time to get persuading, Alexandre.
