The Brazilian followed up his goal by combining with Kylian Mbappe to provide an assist for Edinson Cavani to double their side’s lead, and yes, they even hugged as Cavani made a point to show due respect to Neymar for his assist.

Thomas Meunier scored minutes later to put PSG 3-0 up within 21 minutes, as the French giants sent themselves well on their way to putting yet another team to the sword.

Neymar has now scored seven and assisted seven in eight games in all competitions since making his world record £198million move from Barcelona in the summer.
