Imagine being able to but a Champions League ticket for the price of a first-class stamp.
Chelsea fans can gain entry into Qarabag’s stadium on November 22 for a night of premier European football for just 87p.
Fans willing to travel to Azerbaijan can bag a ticket to the game for as little as two Azerbaijani manat — which is about 87p with the current exchange rate.
The most expensive ticket is a whopping 50 AZN which is still just £22 for the best seat in the house.
The Blues smashed Qarabag 6-0 at Stamford Bridge and will be hoping for another goalfest in the away fixture.
And Chelsea fans have had also had some good news on the transfer front too after Eden Hazard vowed to reject any possible advancement from PSG.
He said: “There are some big clubs, and it was an attractive league even when I played in it six years ago.
“Big stars want to play in Ligue 1, and that is a good thing.
“But if I am to return it will be to play for Lille – they are my club.”
PSG have wanted the Belgian for a while and they have the funds to make it happen but Chelsea will be reassured by their No10’s words.
“I still have a career to carve out, with a number of seasons ahead of me,” Hazard said.
“I am at Chelsea for the time being, and I don’t know where my career will take me in the future.
“But if I do go back to France it will be to play for Lille.”
Let’s have a look at those flights then…
