Did you spot Sead Kolasinac’s message to Cologne fans during his celebration?

Arsenal's Bosnian full-back scored a superb equaliser to somewhat spare Arsene Wenger's blushes in their Europa League opener

Cologne fans may have come to London’s in their thousands but Arsenal have a weapon capable of repelling any invasion.

Sead ‘The Tank’ Kolasinac is quickly becoming a fan favourite in north London.

Having been left on the bench at the start of the game, the Gunners’ Bosnian left-back came on and smashed his side level with a thunderous volley.

What a hit, son. What a hit!

But did you spot the hulking 24-year-old’s message to Cologne fans during his celebration?

After nearly bursting the net with his left foot, Kolasinac pulled up his shirt to reveal a t-shirt underneath.

On his undershirt was the word ‘Nordkurve’ a reference to a section of Schalke ultras.

Kolasinac signed for Arsenal from Schalke in the summer and the Bosnian international didn’t miss his opportunity to shout out his old fans while simultaneously sticking it to Cologne.

The Chilean forward drifted in off the left wing and curled a beautiful finish into the top right-hand corner.

A marvellous goal but not even the best of the night.

Khon Cordoba’s opener from 45 yards was a sight to behold…

Hector Bellerin finished the job.

The Spanish speedster poked home after a clever dummy from Jack Wilshere led to a rebound for Bellerin to pounce on.

Tens of thousands of intrusive Cologne fans silenced by an old enemy, a world-class talent and simple yet effective prod.

Now, if only Arsene Wenger would start Kolasinac from the off…
