The 25-year-old suffered a hairline fracture of his tibia in a clash with Harry Kane while on loan at Bournemouth in April.

But Redknapp, who has been tasked with turning a sinking Birmingham ship around, wants to inject some energy into his career again.
The Blues are also reportedly chasing ex-Arsenal star Alex Song in an attempt to build the most injury-prone, inconsistent midfield pairing of all time.
Wilshere, who was also a target for West Ham, was sent off last week in an Arsenal Under-23s game after sparking a 22-man brawl.
