Neymar epically trolls Gerard Pique at BBQ to say goodbye to his former team-mates

Brazilian was pictured with Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and a whole host of former Barca pals after moving to Paris Saint-Germain

Now however, thanks to Gerard Pique, the entire world knows it’s Spanish for ‘He stays’, which became one of the most famous phrases in this summer transfer window.

It was the two words Pique used when he was pictured with Neymar, who swiftly made his exit in a £198million move to Paris Saint-Germain.

Now it was Neymar’s turn to get his own back, after the Brazilian went back to visit his old colleagues at a BBQ on Tuesday night.

And it didn’t take long for the PSG forward to post this picture on Instagram, with an impeccable caption.

‘Se queda’. So simple and yet so effective.

To be fair, in a world where footballers are media-trained to the hilt, a jibe like this is pretty decent.

And it’s quite nice to see the players are all still good friends, who clearly have no hard feelings about Neymar making his mega-money move.

Neymar has made a stunning start to his Paris Saint-Germain career, following his stunning £196m move from Barca, which was completed earlier this month.

He netted twice in their 6-2 trumping of Toulouse at Parc des Princes on Sunday, following a first club goal at Guingamp a week before.

PSG will be in the Champions League draw on Thursday, after finishing second behind AS Monaco last term in Ligue 1.

The French capital club hope to make a second stunning swoop for Kylian Mbappe, with the French media speculating another £100m-plus deal is in the pipeline for the teen sensation.
