N’golo Kante was in the crowd as Leicester went down 2-1 to Burton Albion in a pre-season friendly.
The two-time Premier League champion was there to show his support to his former teammates but unfortunately wasn’t there to help them on the pitch.
Kante was spotted in the crowd by Leicester Mercury sports writer, James Sharpe.
The Frenchman signed for Leicester for as little as £5.6m in 2015 from SM Caen and proved to be incredible value for money.
He proved pivotal in both Leicester and Chelsea’s title winning campaigns and won the PFA Player of the Year award last season as a result.
Kante was probably less than impressed by Leicester’s performance at the Pirelli Stadium as he looks ahead to another season hunting the Premier League title.
Leicester have massively missed Kante and it proved as they nearly faced relegation last season following his departure.
