ARSENAL star Theo Walcott is a £30m target for free-spending Everton boss Ronald Koeman.
The 28-year-old has become a bit-part player at the Gunners over the past few seasons, and is free to leave if the right offer comes in.
The Toffees are eyeing a swoop for the England winger after already splashing out around £100m this summer.

It is understood Walcott – who is also wanted by West Ham – could be keen on the move, according to the Mirror.
Koeman is also interested in making it a double raid and bringing in Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud for £20m.
Everton want another wide-man, with Yannick Bolasie out until the end of the year with a horror knee injury.
They have also shown interest and enquired about the availability of Leicester ace Demarai Gray.
Koeman’s incredible spending spree is also set to continue with the £45m switch of Swansea star Gylfi Sigurdsson.
