ARSENAL are reportedly willing to offload Alexis Sanchez to Manchester City – but only for £80MILLION.
City, Inter Milan and Bayern Munich are all linked with a move for the Chile ace, 28.
The Mirror reports City will launch a £50m bid for Sanchez – but Arsenal want £30m MORE.
And it is believed the forward, who has one year left on his current deal, has told Arsenal he wants to quit the club for the Etihad.
A source told Chilean outlet El Mercurio: “Not having European competition of the level of the Champions League is significant for Alexis.
“He is motivated by playing in it, and winning it.”
The Gunners offered Sanchez a £275,000-a-week contract in the hopes of persuading him to stay at the Emirates.
But he is holding out on a mammoth £400k a week.
City are confident they can land Sanchez as they believe the former Barcelona star is keen to link up with Pep Guardiola at the Etihad.
The pair worked together at the Nou Camp during the 2011-12 season, winning the Copa del Rey, Spanish Super Cup, Uefa Super Cup and Fifa Club World Cup.
Sanchez has so far spent much of the summer competing in the Confederations Cup in Russia.
He finished last season as Arsenal’s top scorer, netting 24 Premier League goals.
