Imagine how many goals Sergio Aguero would score in Ligue 1.
PSG are set to bid £60million-plus for Man City’s star forward, according to reports.
The Times claim that the Ligue 1 side want to exploit the ‘difficulties’ in the relationship between Aguero and boss Pep Guardiola.
PSG have promised to build the team around Aguero and give him an increase on his £220,000-a-week wages.
Gabriel Jesus’ arrival at the Etihad in January saw Aguero briefly lose his first-choice status up top.
However, he still scored 33 goals in all competitions, the most prosperous season of his career.
Guardiola has insisted that Aguero will remain a City player despite rumours of a rift between the two men.
The good news for City fans is that Aguero has previously vowed to see out his contract with the club, which ends 2020.
The 29-year-old said: “I feel very happy here so I will stay here until the end of my contract.
“I have not thought about where to play next. I just want to focus on the work here.”
But PSG want to land a marquee signing as they gear up to snatch the title back from Monaco.
