Well what do we have here then, Manchester United fans?
The enduring transfer saga of the summer already has some serious legs after months of rumours linking Antoine Griezmann with a move to Old Trafford.
The Atletico Madrid forward has reportedly indicated he wants to leave the La Liga club this summer, with United a possible destination because of his admiration for David Beckham as a youngster.
Griezmann has remained pretty tight-lipped about his next move in the press, but has he dropped a quirky hint about his future in an advert for Chinese telecommunications giant Huawei?
In the advert, Griezmann appears as an ordinary civilian and at one point receives a phone call on his Huawei watch.
From none other than a mystery caller named ‘Jose’.
Coincidence?
And what message is the fact that Griezmann HANGS UP on Mr Jose trying to get across?
This reeks of last summer’s exhausting Paul Pogba wrangle, which saw the French midfielder appear in an Adidas advert appearing to dismiss links to United before his inevitable world record move.
So what on earth are we meant to make of this?
Griezmann allegedly has an £85m release clause which would leave Atletico powerless to stop him leaving should he choose to depart this summer.
Jose Mourinho wants Griezmann to transform his attack, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic sidelined for some time with a knee injury and Marcus Rashford still learning his trade.
