Kylian Mbappe has issued a warning to Europe’s big boys insisting he wants guaranteed regular game time, if he leaves Moanco this summer.
The 18-year-old has enjoyed an sensational season in France scoring 24 goals in all competitions and helped steer Monaco to the Ligue 1 title, for the first time in 17 years.
The French side are only prepared to do business, if the world transfer record is smashed, but Mbappe has warned any potential suitors, he won’t sit on the bench next season.
The French international told beIN sports:”I’ll be the only one who decides, along with my family, no one will decide for me.
“I won’t go anywhere where I have been told to go. It’ll be my choice, and I’ll back that choice”
Mbappe added:”All I want to do is play. I’m at an age where I have to play. I’m not 35 or 36 years old towards the end of my career or where I have to be careful.
“I’m at an age where I have just started, I still have everything to prove.”
The teenager, with two years left on his contract, has been attracting the attention of Real Madrid,
Manchester United and Arsenal, but will take his time about such an important decision.
He continued:”This year has been a year of ‘discovery,’ but the year coming up is one of confirmation.
“Once you have taken that step, there aren’t a billion steps left to take.
“This step is really important, and I will take the time to do it well and try to do it as quickly as possible.
