MANCHESTER UNITED target Bernardo Silva admits he dreams of moving to a “top club”.
The £70million-rated Monaco midfielder won Ligue 1 last night after his side’s 2-0 win over St-Etienne.
But Silva, who has three years left on his current deal, wants to one day ditch the Stade Louis II in order to test himself elsewhere.
The 22-year-old told SIC: “I am finishing my third season in Monaco, who gave me the opportunity to play at a higher level.
“But of course, every player dreams of playing for the best teams and in the best divisions one day. I’m no exception.”
Monaco could be hit by a summer exodus with Kylian Mbappe, Fabinho, Benjamin Mendy and Thomas Lemar all targeted by other clubs.
And despite Silva's come-get-me plea, he urged his team-mates to hold fire and see if they can create history in the French Principality first.
The Portuguese said: "If everyone stays, we can do something special.
"Here, you play in the Champions League and to win trophies. It's the very highest level. All the players are happy and want to continue. The team is young and wants to win trophies."
He added: "We were in the Champions League quarter-final in the first season, in the semi-final this season.
"When you win, it's easier to have a good atmosphere. But since the start, things have gone well on and off the pitch.
"It's a pleasure to play at Monaco."
