Football fans who hoped to tune into the build-up between Stoke and Arsenal were left confused when a cricket match dominated the coverage.
Ahead of the 17:30 kick-off time, Sky’s coverage of the clash was set to start at 17:00, but a live match between West Indies and Pakistan was being shown instead.
It wasn’t until 17:10 that the buildup of the intriguing clash started as the Gunners aim to keep their top four hopes alive.
And fans weren’t too happy as they took to Twitter to vent their frustrations.
Arsene Wenger knew a victory was a must if the Gunners were going to keep up their top-four bid, and they duly delivered with a thumping 4-1 win.
Goals from Olivier Giroud (x2), Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil did the damage, ending a run of six games without a victory in the Potteries.
