Tony Adams’ rather tough spell at Granada may have hit rock bottom in the 4-0 demolition at the hands of Real Madrid.
And not just because of the scoreline, with Isco apparently pretending to confuse the Englishman for a waiter.
According to reports in Spain, the playmaker yelled “Waiter! I’ll have a Coca-Cola!” at Adams during the second half.
In footage broadcast by Movistar+, the Real substitute was seen laughing after the Granada chief removed his jacket.
And it appears it was the Englishman’s decision to opt for a waistcoat that tickled Isco.
Adams, 50, took charge of the La Liga strugglers in April but could not save them from the drop.
Ahead of the game with Real, defeat to Real Sociedad in San Sebastian ended their six seasons in the Spanish top flight.
Former England skipper Adams – who has a record of five defeats in five – is unclear on his future as he only signed a deal until the end of this season.
Granada finish their season with a trip to Osasuna before hosting Espanyol in their final La Liga outing for at least a season.
