Monaco will welcome Juventus in the other semi-final.

Zinedine Zidane’s men are looking to become the first side to successfully defend the Champions League trophy.

Two extra-time goals from Cristiano Ronaldo  – one of which was clearly offside – against Bayern Munich paved the way for Real into the semis.

Another storyline is that Gareth Bale still has the chance to play in a final in his hometown of Cardiff, with the Principality Stadium hosting the June showpiece.

Diego Simeone’s side saw off a valiant Leicester to book their spot in the semis with a 2-1 aggregate win.
