The demo is just days away

Can’t wait to get your hands on PES 2019? Then you’re in luck – the demo is dropping in a matter of days.

Konami announced the trial version of the game will be released on 8th August on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

The demo includes exhibition match, quick match and offline co-op across two stadiums: FC Barcelona’s Camp Nou and Schalke’s Veltins Arena.

There will be no online mode – as per last year.

There are 10 teams are in the demo, including the likes of Liverpool, Barcelona, Inter Milan, Argentina and France.

Visible fatigue and 4K HDR across all platforms are just two of a number of features coming to this year’s game.

Last week, Konami announced it has signed an agreement with AS Monaco for PES 2019.

This means that every member of the squad will have their playing style and accurate stats. All kits will also be faithfully integrated into the game.

As part of the agreement, the publisher will produce a dedicated cover featuring stars from the top-flight club.

The French iteration of PES 2019 will also boast a specially-created cover featuring global star Phillipe Coutinho and AS Monaco Captain Radamel Falcao.

Based at the iconic Stade Louis II in Fontvieille, AS Monaco is one of French football’s most successful clubs, winning eight league titles, six domestic cups, and are regular participants in European competitions.

“This is a wide-ranging agreement with AS Monaco, which will see this illustrious club working closely with Konami across a number of avenues,” said Jonas Lygaard, Senior Director Brand & Business Development at Konami.

“In addition to working closely with the club to ensure they are perfectly recreated within the game, we are delighted that a player of Radamel Falcao’s calibre has agreed to become our local Ambassador.

“We look forward to a long and productive partnership that will show the scale and ambition Konami has for the PES series.”

“The growth of eSports and the reputation of the PES series make this partnership with Konami very exciting,” said Juli Ferre, AS Monaco Commercial and Marketing Director.

Earlier this year, Konami announced that Borussia Dortmund had ended their licensing agreement.
