The World Cup may be coming to an end but for FIFA players there’s still plenty to look forward to.
That’s because EA has released a handful of cards celebrating the best players of the tournament – with Eden Hazard being named the World Cup’s best player.
FIFA 19 Standard and Champions Editions are available to pre-order from GAME and Amazon
Hazard, who despite not being able to guide Belgium to victory against France at the weekend, has been awarded an incredible 99 card.
The new card boasts 98 pace, 99 dribbling, 99 shooting, 99 passing and 92 physicality plus four-star skills and weak-foot.
Hot on his heels is Edinson Cavani, with a 98-rated monster of a card. With 99 shooting he’ll score from pretty much anywhere on the pitch.
Spare a thought for France’s Kylian Mbappe – who only gets a 95, despite arguably being the player of the tournament.
England’s Harry Maguire, Kieran Trippier and Karry Kane are amongst those to get boosts.
Maguire climbs to 88, with 70 pace, 80 dribbling, 90 defending, 88 passing and 92 physicality.
Trippier gets a 90 overall with 89 pace, 89 dribbling 91 defending, 96 passing and 87 physicality.
While Kane’s 95-rated card boasts 85 pace, 93 dribbling, 98 shooting, 89 passing and 92 physicality.
Spare a thought for Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi. The two best players in the world didn’t make the cut.
