FIFA 18: The Spanish World Cup ratings are here… but what the hell is going on with Isco’s card?

The Real Madrid man keeps the same score despite a huge upgrade

Another day, another set of World Cup ratings – this time for Spain. And they don’t disappoint.

The players heading to Russia (which can be seen in full here) are a mix of veterans and talented up-and-comers, and could be just a step away from glory if they can find the right chemistry.

The star-studded squad include the likes of a 91-rated David De Gea, an 87-rated David Silva and an 86-rated Isco.

Yep, see the difference?

Isco has climbed a massive six points in pace while passing and dribbling are up two points.

Yet, despite the notable upgrades, he still keeps his 86 rating. We’ve seen players go up a point for much less.

It’s certainly a significant upgrade and makes the already impressive winger much more of a threat down the flanks.

In fact, with 91 dribbling, he’s better with the ball at his feet than standard gold Cristiano Ronaldo, trumping the Portuguese’s 90 score.
