Mo Salah has broken a number of records of late.
One of them is that he was the first player to win the Premier League’s Player of the Month three times in one season – scooping the gong for November, February and March.
To mark to the occasions, EA Sports handed the Egyptian new, upgraded cards.
The latest one was pretty incredible, boasting 99 pace, 93 shooting, 91 passing, 96 dribbling and 84 physical.
However, it’s that last attribute that Salah wasn’t too happy with.
When he was presented with the card last month, the Liverpool forward said: “Physically is 84?”.
“Last time I was 82. So I work in the gym for one month for 2%. No, that’s not possible.”
Of course, after being crowned PFA Player of the Year, Salah was handed an even better FIFA card.
The 26-year-old’s latest beast boasts 99 pace, 98 shooting, 95 passing, 99 dribbling and a far more impressive 92 score for physical.
If you don’t ask, you don’t get – right, Mo?
Elsewhere in the world of FIFA, Salah topped a fan poll deliberating who should be the cover star of FIFA 19.
FIFA site FP revealed a whopping 77 per cent of FIFA players want the Egyptian to be FIFA 19’s poster boy.
But before you get excited about the prospect of another cover star, we’re almost certain that FIFA 18 cover star Cristiano Ronaldo would have signed a multi-title deal.
After all, Ronaldo is a brand – and being on the cover of the world’s most popular football game will only strengthen that.
We’ll likely see the cover star announced in June – ahead of E3 – in the EA Showcase.
It’ll also be the first time we see the trailer, using the in-game Frostbite engine.
