There’s something very satisfying about coming across a real-life professional footballer on FIFA’s Ultimate Team.
In the past, gamers have faced the likes of Dele Alli – whose line-up featured Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Harry Kane – and Rio Ferdinand’s midfield of Alli, Luka Modric and Paul Pogba.
There was even this effort from Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, which featured quite a few of his current and former teammates.
But one of the best we’ve seen so far is this effort from Pierre-Emerick Aubemayang.
We think it’s safe to say that the Arsenal striker has assembled a very tasty team.
The Gabon international, who boasts an eye-watering 96 pace-rating on the game, has the likes of Neymar and Lionel Messi on the bench, while his good friend Henrikh Mkhitaryan dominates the midfield.
There’s even space for his Gunners strike-partner Alexandre Lacazette.
While the picture is pretty grainy, we can definitely make out the legendary 91-rated Roberto Carlos at left-back, while Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko is in midfield.
Barcelona winger and fellow-speedster Ousmane Dembele is on the right-wing, and of course Cristiano Ronaldo is starting on the left.
Aubameyang’s 99-rated Pro card leads the line alongside none other than the original Brazilian legend himself Ronaldo Nazario.
Now that’s some line-up, eh?
- Ciro Immobile hit a genuine Puskas Award contender at the weekend and we can’t stop watching it
- It’s time to accept that David De Gea is truly the best goalkeeper around
- Remembering all the times Nemanja Vidic went to pieces against Fernando Torres and Liverpool
