Breaking into the first team at Chelsea is pretty hard work.
As a result, many of the youth players are loaned out – and it’s got so bad that they’re starting to poke fun at it.
One youth star, 18-year-old Trevoh Chalobah, posted an image of his FIFA Pro Clubs team on his Instagram story, tagging fellow teammates Tammy Abraham and Josi Quintero.
He’s named his team ‘Chelsea Loan FC,’ – which is fitting given that Abraham is on loan at Swansea and Quintero is on loan at FC Rostov.
We doubt Chelsea bosses will see the funny side of the team name, but Chalobah certainly has a point.
Time will tell whether the Sierra Leone youngster can break into the first team proper, or join the extensive list of Chelsea loan players.
Elsewhere in FIFA 18, Pele has chosen his dream Ultimate Team for the latest FIFA 18 Ultimate Team Squad Battle – and it’s utterly incredible.
The football legend opted for an all-Brazilian XI – with Ronaldo, Neymar and shock inclusion Willian up top.
Casemiro and Luiz Gustavo are in the midfield, with Pele himself in the No 10 role.
Dani Alves is at right-back, Marcelo’s at left-back, while Thiago Silva and David Luiz are in the middle.
Man City’s brilliant Ederson is given the No. 1 jersey – no argument there.
