Manchester City star Benjamin Mendy has kicked off on Twitter over his FIFA 18 rating.
The 23-year-old, who scored a respectable 78, tweeted to EA SPORTS: “Aahaha you don’t have TV last year… 78 really?!!’
His fans seemed to agree the rating was a little on the harsh side, with one pointing out that he’s higher rated in PES 2018.
Mendy isn’t the only footballer to kick off over his ratings.
Earlier in the week, Chelsea’s Michy Batshuayi tweeted to EA claiming he was hard done by.
The Belgian, who scored an 80 rating overall, tweeted a gif of him shaking his head while holding his FIFA card.
FIFA 18 is now just a couple of weeks away – but you may not want to pre-order.
As supply will outweigh demand, loads of top retailers will be vying for your business, meaning a lot of the best FIFA 18 deals can be had closer to launch on September 29.
We’ve pulled together the best ones – and we’ll keep updating should we spot any more.
Right now, you can expect to fork out £49.99 for the game in most stores. Game has the edge, though, giving you a free month-long pass for Now TV.
The cheapest place for the Nintendo Switch version of the game is Argos, coming in at £47.99.
Remember, if you’re not too sure whether to pick up the game, be sure to try out the FIFA 18 demo.
Sadly, there will be NO Switch demo – so Nintendo fans will have to wait a little longer.
Given its focus on online play, EA may be holding off the trial until the servers are up to speed.
So, what’s in the demo?
You’ll be able to play as a number of teams in the FIFA 18 demo including Manchester United, Manchester City, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Chelsea, PSG and Juventus.
There are 12 teams in the demo:

- Atlético de Madrid

You’ll also likely be able to play through the first part of The Journey: Hunter Returns – although we wouldn’t doing that unless you’ve played the first one.
No sweat, here’s what happens at the end of The Journey – if you won’t have time to play through it.
So, have you played it?
Yes, and we’re very impressed.
