Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s time at Manchester United may have come to a close – and a move to LA Galaxy is imminent.
So, what would happen if the 36-year-old striker signed for American club?
Would he thrive after his injury or are his best days really behind him?
Last season, YouTuber Rich Leigh wanted to see how the Swede would perform at LA Galaxy – and simmed a few seasons in FIFA 17 career mode.
So, how did he get on?
It’s not the greatest start from Ibra, who only manages to pick eight goals in 22 appearances.
His side just about held on to fourth in league table, some 11 points behind league leaders Whitecaps FC.
Are the Swede’s best days behind him?
Not a chance.
He goes on to score 22 goals in his second season – and become the top scorer in the MLS.

Sadly, Zlatan’s stats begin to fade and in his third season he picks up a paltry 10 goals in 31 appearances.
His reign at the top is well and truly over, with the Swede now the 14th top scorer in the MLS.
It’s a further decline in his fourth season, picking up seven goals in 31 MLS appearances.
At 39 years old, the big Swede decides to hang up his boots.
Still, he retires with a highly respectable 77 rating – with many of his best stats holding firm throughout his career.
Ball control and dribbling are still well up there, while 83 shot power and 73 finishing means he was, technically, still decent in front of goal.
Regardless, it’s good to know that we’ll be seeing Zlatan playing for a few for years yet… FIFA thinks so, anyway.
