Penalties can be hard to master in FIFA 19.
The traditional power bar is no more – replaced with a system that takes into account the player’s run up and momentum.
It may have its haters, but it can certainly come in handy.
Especially if you’ve ever wanted to replicate that stunning Lionel Messi – Luis Suarez penalty.
So, can you do it on FIFA?
YouTuber DailyTradingTips decided to put it to the test – and it seems it can be done… just.
It”s incredibly tricky and relies on a bit of luck luck and a lot of skill. Here’s how to do it – if you dare.
Step 1.
Select a decent kicker, then aim as far to the corner as possible.
You want zero power on this – so aim to take the worst penalty you can.
Step 2.
Play around until you’ve got one of your fastest players selected. Then, as soon as the ball is kicked, sprint towards the goal – in a straight line.
If you’re struggling, adjust the sliders and make players slightly quicker – until you get it right.
Step 3.
Hit shoot immediately – as you’ll have a millisecond before the keeper and defenders reach you.
Aim for the other corner and add as much power as possible – the tight angle will allow for more height on the ball.
Still don’t believe it can be done?
