Dream Team brings you all the latest injury, suspension and selection updates ahead of Game Week 4 in one easily digestible dose.
Manchester United will be without Anthony Martial (£3.1m) for Saturday’s lunchtime clash with Southampton.
The French attacker, who featured against Liverpool on Monday, has been is ruled out with an Achilles problem. But there’s good news in the shape of new signing Casemiro (£2.5m), who is available for selection after receiving his work permit.
Midfielder Mateo Kovacic (£2.5m) could return having been sidelined with a knee injury, but Kalidou Koulibaly (£4.7m) will miss the weekend bout with Leicester after his red card at Leeds.
Brendan Rodgers has already confirmed that Chelsea transfer target Wesley Fofana (£2.9m) won’t be involved, and there’s further disappointment with James Maddison (£5.1m) now a doubt.
There’s little change in Liverpool’s circumstances with several first-team players out of action.
Thiago (£2.4m), Diogo Jota (£4.5m), Naby Keita (£2m), Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (£2.5m), Joel Matip (£4.8m) and Ibrahima Konate (£4m) miss out through injury, while Darwin Nunez (£5.1m) serves the second game of a three-match ban.
There’s also little change for Arsenal, but in the best possible way for manager Mikel Arteta.
The Gunners will host London rivals Fulham with virtually a full compliment, with Reiss Nelson the only absentee. Harry Wilson (£2.5m) and Manor Solomon are still recovering from knee injuries.
As for Manchester City, Pep Guardiola has been rather unhelpful.
Asked about injuries, the Spanish tactician said: “We train this afternoon. Then I will know the situation of everyone. I don’t know at the moment.”
However, we do know that Jack Grealish (£3.9m) and Nathan Ake (£3.3m) sat out the midweek friendly against Barcelona. Kalvin Phillips (£2m) picked up an injury during that clash and will likely join Aymeric Laporte (£4.5m) on the sidelines.
Elsewhere Everton’s Dominic Calvert-Lewin (£3.5m) will return to full training next week, Cristian Romero (£3.4m) misses the game against Nottingham Forest on Sunday and there’s hope Alexander Isak will be eligible to face Wolves.
And he might be needed given Eddie Howe has confirmed that Callum Wilson (£3.8m) (groin) will be out for “a couple of weeks”.
