Injuries and suspensions update ahead of Dream Team Game Week 32

Dream Team brings you all the latest injury news and suspension updates from the Premier League to help managers navigate their way through Game Week 32.

Manchester United face a near-impossible task of playing three fixtures in five days after their Premier League encounter with Liverpool was rearranged for Thursday.

The Red Devils clash with Aston Villa this weekend before hosting Leicester on Tuesday and Liverpool on Thursday.

With the club needing just four points to qualify for the Champions League next season AND the Europa League final on the horizon – manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has vowed to rotate his players.

He told reporters: “Someone might not be happy with my team selection for one or two games because it might affect whoever gets into the Champions League.

“That’s not my problem. That’s everyone else’s problem. We’ve been dealt a very bad hand. It’s too much of an injury risk, so it will be rotation – and a lot of rotation.”

That could see highly-owned Dream Team assets like Bruno Fernandes, Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw all given rests at some stage.

Their opponents on Sunday, Aston Villa, will again be without Jack Grealish, while Morgan Sanson is a doubt and Trezeguet is definitely out.

Manchester City are injury free for their showdown with Chelsea on Saturday. Victory will secure the Citizens their FIFTH English title in a decade and John Stones could make the starting XI having served his suspension.

Chelsea have Antonio Rudiger back after the centre-back played against Real Madrid wearing a protective mask. Only midfielder Mateo Kovacic is absent because of a hamstring problem.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp says the club have no fresh injury concerns for their clash with Southampton and declared Nat Phillips fit and available for selection.

Southampton, meanwhile, have Jannik Vestergaard back after his red card against Leicester was rescinded. Takumi Minamino is ineligible to face his parent club, while Ryan Bertrand and Danny Ings are both sidelined.

Leeds pair Kalvin Phillips and Raphinha are rated at 50/50 for their visit of Tottenham, who themselves have only Ben Davies missing.

Everton welcome back midfield enforcer Abdoulaye Doucoure but James Rodriguez is still absent having sustained a calf injury in the warm-up of the Aston Villa match. Their opponents, West Ham, should have striker Michail Antonio available.

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta says he’ll assess his squad after Thursday’s Europa League disappointment. David Luiz and Granit Xhaka are his only confirmed absentees for the match against West Brom.
