However, manager Pep Guardiola has said the 32-year-old won’t start against Man United on Saturday.
Asked if Aguero could start the derby, Guardiola responded: “No. He had 25 minutes and scored a goal. Step by step. Will see the reaction tomorrow.”
Ilkay Gundogan (£2.7m) and Eric Garcia (£2.4m) are doubts for the trip to Old Trafford having picked up knocks in the same match.
Edinson Cavani (£3.2m) and Anthony Martial (£4.2m) didn’t travel to Germany for Tuesday’s defeat to RB Leipzig.
The pair will undergo late fitness tests ahead of the weekend’s 5.30pm kick off but should be back for next Thursday’s trip to Sheffield United.
Chelsea will be without summer signing Hakim Ziyech (£3.4m) and Callum Hudson-Odoi (£2.3m) for their tie at Everton.
Ziyech was taken off with a hamstring injury against Leeds last week and is likely to miss the next two weeks. Hudson-Odoi is nursing the same injury.

Fabian Delph (£1.2m) joins Everton full-backs Lucas Digne (£2.6m) and Seamus Coleman (£1.8m) on the sidelines after limping off in the early stages of the 1-1 draw with Burnley at Turf Moor.
Defender Konstantinos Tsimikas (£1.4m) joins Liverpool’s lengthy injury list and is unlikely to feature against Fulham or Tottenham.
But forward quartet Mohamed Salah (£6.3m), Sadio Mane (£6.5m), Roberto Firmino (£2.7m) and Diogo Jota (£2.9m) are all fit and available for selection.
Leicester will once again be without Caglar Soyuncu (£3m), Timothy Castagne (£3m) and Ricardo Pereira (£3.8m) for their games against Brighton and Everton.
Soyuncu suffered a recurrence of his groin injury on his comeback game against Zorya, while Castagne has a slight recurrence of his previous hamstring injury.
Mikel Arteta can’t call upon midfielder Thomas Partey (£3.4m) for their double-header with Burnley and Southampton. The Ghanaian limped off midway through last week’s north London defeat to Tottenham.
Nicolas Pepe (£4.2m) is also unavailable for the Burnley clash as he serves the final game of his three-match suspension.
