5 of the best players priced under £3million this season

The international break is done and dusted for the time being, which means the Premier League is in full swing… until we break again in November, anyway.

So in the meantime, it’s well worth making sure your Dream Team is in good working order, with some of the best players available in your lineup.

We’ve already made a team of the best players on the game this term, but here’s an entire lineup of the best players priced under £3m.

Predictably, both Tammy Abraham and Teemu Pukki are there as our top bargain strikers after their respective starts to the season, alongside fantasy favourites like Nick Pope and Willy Boly.

1 Tammy Abraham (£2.4m)

The season so far has been all about Abraham’s goal-scoring exploits for Chelsea.

At present, the young Englishman has netted eight times for the Blues, making him the Prem’s joint top scorer alongside Sergio Aguero.

That’s great news for Dream Team fans looking for a source of points on a tight budget, as Tammy is considerably cheaper than Aguero – who’ll set you back a corking £7.8m.

2 Willy Boly (£3m)

Boly’s been so good this season that he’s even made it into our overall best XI of the season so far, despite being considerably cheaper than some of Dream Team’s high-end defenders.

The undeniable highlight of his campaign this season was the dramatic late winner he scored in Wolves’ Europa League clash with Besiktas.

3 Teemu Pukki (£2.8m)

Pukki has well and truly silenced the critics who said he’d struggle in the Premier League this season with a blistering start to life in the top-flight.

At one stage, the Norwich striker was the league’s top scorer and the best player you could pick on Dream Team.

Although his powers have since dwindled slightly, his haul of 55 points at this stage of the season is wildly impressive.

4 Danny Ings (£2.4m)

With his injury woes seemingly behind him, Ings has been Southampton’s best player this season and has netted four goals in his last three matches.

With his recent form, he might be one to consider as we come back from the international break.

5 Mason Mount (£2.2m)

Alongside Abraham, Mount has been one of the other Chelsea players to really benefit from the guidance of Frank Lampard this season.

Having impressed under Lampard during loan spell at Derby last season, the midfielder has pressed on this term with goals in wins over Wolves and Southampton – earning him a spot in Gareth Southgate’s England squad.
