Alexis Sanchez and fantasy football used to be a match made in heaven.
At Arsenal the Chilean maverick was the main man, both Mr Reliable in front of goal and creator in chief.

And his effectiveness in both categories was reflected in his stats, reaching double figures for goals and assists in the Premier League.
Sanchez went onto record 348 Dream Team points last season to sit as the cherry on top of the player rankings.
But this campaign has been a very different story.
Sanchez cut a disillusioned figure at Arsenal before his controversial move to Man United in January, whilst his form after that hasn’t been much better.
Only Alvaro Morata has seen his price plummet more than Sanchez since the start of the 2017/18 campaign, with the United man now valued at just £5.2m.
Indeed Sanchez has managed just one double figure points return since he swapped the Emirates for Old Trafford.
But is he finally showing why he was last season’s top dog?
In Sanchez’s last two games he has racked up 22 points – just eight less than his previous 10 games combined.
He found his goalscoring touch in the win over Swansea and then took centre stage in the Manchester derby.
Sanchez’s two assists in a virtuoso second-half display gave United fans a glimpse of why Jose Mourinho was so desperate to sign him.
And, at such a bargain price, it might be time to put your faith in him.
United have West Brom and Bournemouth in their next two games and are also still in the FA Cup, with a semi-final against Spurs looming.
At £5.2m Sanchez is currently a cheaper Dream Team option than the likes of Shkodran Mustafi, Dejan Lovren and Luke Shaw.
It’s the business end of the season – and Sanchez is finally proving his worth.
