Davy Klasassen has completed a big-money move from Dutch giants Ajax to Everton – which is excellent news for all of you fantasy football managers out there.
Everton paid £23.6 million for the Netherlands international, only hours after completing the signing of Sunderland goalkeeper Jordan Pickford.

Ronald Koeman clearly means business next season, having significantly strengthened his side already during this summer’s transfer window.
The Toffees manager bemoaned his sides lack of goals from midfield last season, and has seemingly remedied that with the signing of Klaassen.
The 24-year-old struck a cool 16 times for Ajax last term, helping his side reach the Europa League final and to a runners-up position in the Dutch Eredivisie.
The former Ajax skipper will bring strong leadership and a wealth of experience, despite his young age, to Everton’s lagging midfield next season.
Sat alongside the likes of Tom Davies, Ross Barkley and Gerard Deulofeu, Klaassen can springboard counter-attacks and even pitch in with a goal or two of his own.
Alongside Pickford, Klaassen is a clear statement of Koeman’s intent to challenge the Premier League’s top four next season.
What could this mean for your fantasy football team?
Many English football fans will have watched Klaassen in action during Ajax’s Europa League campaign, which saw Peter Bosz’s side reach the final against Manchester United.
But it was domestically where Klaassen really shined last season.
WhoScored, the providers for Dream Team’s rating system, have Klaassen with a rating of 7.35 in Eredivisie last season, with 14 goals coupled with nine assists.
To give that some context, that’s a higher rating than both Dirk Kuyt (7.17) and Vitese’s 20-goal hero Ricky van Wolfswinkel (7.19).
The Everton new boy could have a huge impact on where the Toffees finish next season, and we estimate he’ll have a similar value to other goal scoring wingers such as Sadio Mane (£4.5m) and Son Heung-min (£4.0m), and could be a high points scorer with both goals and assists.
When can I sign up?
You can start getting your teams in as early as July 7 2017 – some five weeks before the Premier League season gets underway.
That gives you an awfully long time to monitor the transfer market and choose your team accordingly, with Klaassen a major coup for Everton this summer.
