David De Gea has been implicated in a sexual assault case.
The Man United keeper has been accused of involvement in a rape by a protected witness in Spanish court.
The anonymous witness claims she was assaulted in a hotel back in 2012 after she was forced into the situation by a man accused of human trafficking.
She claimed De Gea was involved in the incident as well as Athletic Bilbao winger Iker Muniain, report El Diario.
There is no public proof that De Gea has participated in any wrong doing and he is likely to vigorously deny any allegations.
Rumours that De Gea had been sent home from Euro 2016 appear to have stemmed from a fake Twitter account.
