Joe Hart is a Man City legend.
That nobody can deny. He’s lifted the Premier League trophy twice, picked up two League Cups and won the FA Cup.
But Pep Guardiola looks to be getting rid of him. The reason why? His lack of ability with his feet.
So it was fitting that in what could be his final game the England stopper registered 100% passing accuracy.
When told about his statistics after the game Hart saw the funny side, saying: “Pigs do fly then.
“That was a really special night for me. We all know that there’s a situation going on. But I feel like as a group we’re handling it well I enjoyed tonight.
“Situations occur in football but we’re men and we get on with it. We’ve got a top manager who’s going to have an opinion on things.”
When pushed on his future and a potential exit Hart quipped: “That’s not for me to say. It is what it is.”
What nobody is doubting is that someone is going to get a very good keeper if Hart does end up leaving.
