Gambling

As a result of the Gambling Act 2005 from 1st September 2007, pay-to-play fantasy games will be formally recognised as a form of gambling. News International takes this matter very seriously and has worked closely with the Gambling Commission to ensure we fully comply with our obligations to protect our members and ensure our Dream Team® games are compliant.

1. Under-age Entrants
Sun Dream Team® Games are open only to entrants aged 18 or over at time of registration and it is illegal for anyone under 18 to play Sun Dream Team® games. If anyone under the age of 18 is found to have entered any game, then their account will be closed with immediate effect. All winnings will be forfeited.

We take our responsibilities in this area very seriously and reserve the right to request proof of identification and age from entrants in order to verify their age and we also reserve the right to suspend accounts whilst we confirm details to our satisfaction.

2. Responsible Play
Dream Team® would like you to enjoy your fantasy game experience.

We recommend that you

  • Play Dream Team® as a form of entertainment
  • Buy teams within your own personal budget
  • Keep passwords safe

3. Organisations that offer assistance
